  • Technical Issues: Refunds are possible only if the issue originates from Yaalo and no data has been consumed.
  • Data Package Validity: No refunds are issued for unused data once the plan validity period expires.
  • Accidental Purchases: No refunds are available once the eSIM has been installed or used.
  • Incorrect Charges: Billing disputes must be reported within 12 days of purchase with clear justification.
  • Fraudulent Activities: Yaalo reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected abuse, policy violations, or fraud.
  • Phone Compatibility: Customers must verify device eSIM compatibility prior to purchase. Refunds are not issued for incompatibility.
  • One-Time Purchase: All eSIM purchases are one-time and non-refundable.
  • Virtual Numbers: Virtual numbers do not support WhatsApp or similar platforms. Failure to receive OTP codes is not refundable.
