Unlimited plans include a daily high-speed data allowance. After consumption, speeds may be reduced. High-speed data resets every 24 hours from first use.:

Customers must create an account using accurate personal information including name and email address.:
Customers are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and all activity under their account.:
Customers must ensure their device is eSIM-compatible and unlocked before purchase.:
eSIMs are delivered electronically via email and accessible in the user dashboard.:
Activation requires scanning a QR code or entering manual details.:
Activation timing and proper installation are the customer’s responsibility.:
All payments are processed securely via trusted providers such as Stripe.:
Accepted payment methods include Credit/Debit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Alipay.:
All prices are displayed and charged in US Dollars (USD).:
eSIM purchases are generally non-refundable once installed or used.:
Refunds may be issued only under conditions defined in the Refund Policy.:
No refunds are issued for device incompatibility, network limitations, or unused data after expiry.:
No refund requests are accepted after 60 days from purchase.:
Abusive, illegal, fraudulent, or excessive usage may result in throttling, suspension, or termination.:
